产品技术特性产品的电气性能数据产品的机械尺寸数据
产品特性
       全封闭自扇冷却式三相异步电动机，设计要求符合IEC、GB等相关标准要求；
       外壳材料为灰铸铁，接线盒可选配钢板接线盒；
       电动机效率达到GB18613-2012标准能效等级三级及IEC60034-30标准的IE2效率等级要求；
       H80-H132电机，驱动端标配采用骨架油封进行密封并可选配采用油封进行密封，H160以上电机驱动端采用油封进行密封作为标配；
       特定绕组设计可支持多种电压（50HZ或60HZ）；
       可承受1.5倍额定电流达2分钟（IEC60034-1）；
       可选配防潮加热带（空间加热器）；
       可选配PTC或PT100等热敏元件进行绕组或轴承热保护。
 
Product Features
Fully enclosed self-fan cooling three-phase asynchronous motor, the design requirements meet the relevant standards of IEC, GB, etc.;
The outer casing material is gray cast iron, and the junction box can be equipped with a steel junction box;
Motor efficiency meets GB18613-2012 standard energy efficiency rating 3 and IEC60034-30 standard IE2 efficiency rating requirements;
H80-H132 motor, the drive end is equipped with a skeleton oil seal for sealing and optionally with an oil seal for sealing. The motor drive end of H160 or above is sealed with an oil seal as a standard;
The specific winding design can support a variety of voltages (50HZ or 60HZ);
can withstand 1.5 times rated current for 2 minutes (IEC60034-1);
Optional with moisture-proof heating belt (space heater);
Optional PTC or PT100 thermal elements for winding or bearing thermal protection.

       为确保良好的绝缘性能，增加电机的使用寿命，标准电机采用F级绝缘系统并按B级考核（80k）；
       电压、效率
       标准电机的供电电压和频率符合IEC60034-1标准中规定的A类电压和频率误差要求，充许电压偏差为±5%，频率偏差±2%；
       额定输出
       额定输出是指符合IEC60034-1标准的要求，冷却介质温度（CT）为40℃，设备安装地点的海拔高度在1000m以下的情况，连续工作可以充许的输出。根据IEC60034-1标准的要求，该系列电动机在额定电压和频率下能承受1.5倍额定电流持续2分钟。

To ensure good insulation performance, increase the service life of the motor, the standard motor uses Class F insulation system and is assessed according to Class B (80k);
Voltage, efficiency
The standard motor supply voltage and frequency meet the Class A voltage and frequency error requirements specified in the IEC60034-1 standard, the allowable voltage deviation is ± 5%, frequency deviation ± 2%;      
Rated output
Rated output refers to the requirements of IEC60034-1 standard, the cooling medium temperature (CT) is 40 °C, the altitude of the equipment installation location is below 1000m, continuous output can be allowed to output. According to the requirements of IEC60034-1, this series of motors can withstand 1.5 times the rated current for 2 minutes at rated voltage and frequency.

应用领域
       可用于驱动各种通用机械如机床、空压机、水泵、风机、减速机、传输带、矿山机械、冶金设备等。不含易燃，易爆或腐蚀性气体场合。
